This homemade almond butter is incredibly easy to make and tastes 100 times better than store-bought versions. It’s smooth and creamy, perfect for spreading on fruit, rice cakes, oatmeal, smoothies, toast, and more.
Preheat oven to 350°F and place almonds on a baking sheet.
 Roast almonds for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool for about 5 minutes.
Transfer the roasted almonds and salt to a food processor and process for 5 minutes, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
Add the maple syrup and oil and process for another 5 minutes.
Add more oil as needed to achieve a creamier, thinner texture.
Once desired texture is achieved, pour into jars and enjoy!
