A delicious dish featuring salmon filets marinated in a flavorful mix of coconut aminos, honey, and ginger, paired with roasted sugar snap peas tossed in sesame oil and garlic. Perfect for a quick and healthy meal.
Whisk together all marinade ingredients and pour over the salmon filets. Marinate for 30 minutes to 4 hours.

Heat the pan over medium-low heat.
Add salmon filets skin-side up and cook for 4 minutes. Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
Remove salmon and parchment from the pan. Turn heat to low.
Add marinade to the pan and bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally until cooked down.
Serve salmon and snap peas with rice, garnish with sesame seeds, and drizzle with reduced marinade.
